Established in 1983, Koshi Tappu Wildlife Camp - the very first safari tented camp within Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve is one of the exclusive wildlife camps that offers a unique experience to view over 400 species of bird life and wildlife species. Staffed with knowledgeable local naturalists, the camp with its comfortable settings within its own private jungle is another definition for tranquility. The camp consists of 12 large deluxe safari tents with easy twin beds and simple modern toilet amenity including hot and cold shower facility. The restaurant with fully stocked bar is located centrally on the thatched "Golghar" serving both Nepali and western cuisine.
